Return

If you change your mind or are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days following the date you received it.  You just must send us a written notification at  niceballs@imaginarte.com  including all the necessary information to locate the purchase. Once we get the email, we will reply you with another email explaining the steps to be taken. 

 

In this case, you must send us the items in perfect condition without any undue delay, no later than 30 calendar days after the receipt of the products.  In such cases, GIRO CREATIVO S.L. will refund the customer the amount spent for the item, not including shipping and return costs.
 

If the payment was made through Stripe, the refund of your money will carry a surcharge of 15€. This surcharge is charged by Stripe as a penalty for the refund operation. You can consult Stripe's refund penalty policy on its website.

 

GIRO CREATIVO S.L.  will make the refund within 14 calendar days following the date in which we are informed of the customer’s decision of returning the purchase order. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer in the initial transaction.  GIRO CREATIVO S.L.  reserves the right to withhold any refund until the receipt of the products.

 

Wrong product

GIRO CREATIVO S.L. ensures that the shipped products correspond the ordered ones. However, if you accidentally receive a wrong product write us an email at niceballs@imaginarte.com with some photographs of the product you have received, and the delivery note that was with it. In the subject of the email, write the number of the order you placed so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible.

Order cancellation

If you have placed your order in error, you can request cancellation provided that your order has not been processed and arranged for collection by the transport company. You have a maximum period of 48 hours to request cancellation from the moment of purchase.

Warranty

All our products are warranted for two (2) years, provided that the damage or defect is not imputable.  Therefore, if your product is defective, GIRO CREATIVO S.L. will take charge of the withdrawal of the wrong product and delivery of the correspondent to that of the placed order, running with the associated costs.

In order to manage the incident, we need you to inform us via email at niceballs@imaginarte.com including the reason of the incident, the order number (it is essential to locate the purchase), the delivery note of the purchase and some photographs of the wrong or damaged product so that we can evaluate the issue.

It is necessary that the customer has the delivery note or the proof of purchase in order to make any warranty claims.

Once we receive this information we will contact you to explain the steps to be taken. You must inform us about the lack of conformity of the product within two (2) months after you notice the imperfection.

If it is not objectively possible to change the product for another one GIRO CREATIVO S.L. will make a refund of the price of the product.

Notice that our warranty does not cover:

  1. Negligent or violent use of the product.

  2. Damages caused by the handling of the product.

It is important to pay attention at the handling or installation instructions we provide. In case of doubt, do not hesitate to contact us via email at niceballs@imaginarte.com in order to get advice about how to use the product.
