1. Orders and delivery.


Delivery times.


Once the order is placed, it usually takes at least 7 business days to process the package. When the shipping provider gets the package, you will receive a tracking number. That number will allow you to check the status of your order at any time.


Normally, shipments inside Spain take from 1 to 5 business days after you confirm the purchase.  We cannot take responsibility for the possible delays the shipping provider may cause but we always seek to work with reliable and quality service companies. 

Regarding international shipments, they take a period from 15 to 20 business days.


Modification or cancellation of an order.


Once the order is placed, it goes directly to our store where it is processed within the following 24-48 hours. Due to the agility of our order processing, it is not possible to make any changes or cancellations on the order. However, you will be able to return the order once you receive it.


Do you need an invoice?

If you want the invoice of your purchase, you should write us an email at with all the billing details, your order number and the email to which the invoice must be sent. You will get the invoice within the following days.


Shipping destinations


Currently we are shipping to all countries worldwide, so no matter where you live, your Niceballs will be there.

2. Payments


What payment methods do you accept?


GIRO CREATIVO S.L. accepts Paypal, card and bank transfer as payment methods. It may be that a payment method is momentarily out of order because of a computer incident. If that is the case, please, choose a different payment method.

Payments via Paypal can be made either if you have an account with them or not. If you choose to pay via Paypal you will be led to a secure payments platform on their web where you will be able to make the payment with your Paypal account or credit card. Payments on delivery are not accepted.

Once the payment is made, you will be redirected to NICEBALLS.ES.

Paypal may withhold an amount as a deposit when paying with card on Paypal platform (usually a few cents or 1€). This amount will be refunded by Paypal within a month, approximately. This deposit charge does not guarantee that the purchase is made.


Credit or debit card

When choosing this payment method, you will be led to a secure payment gateway of STRIPE platform where you will be requested to provide your credit or debit card details. This way, the payment will be confirmed and once it is correctly made you will be redirected to NICEBALLS.ES .




Bank transfer

If you choose this payment method, you must make a bank transfer of the total amount of the purchase order, including delivery charges, to the following bank account:

It is very important that in the SENDER or TRANSFERER field you enter the order number and your first name and surname. (For example, 123456- John Smith)


There is a period of 7 business days to order the transfer after you place the purchase order. The order will not be successfully completed until we confirm the corresponding income. Therefore, delivery times start at this moment.


Payments by bank transfer may have a lag period of 1 to 3 days.


Has my purchase order been declined?

Your payment may be declined due to the following reasons:

  • The card may have expired.  Check the validity period indicated on the card has not expired.

  • You may have reached the limit of your card. Consult with your bank if the card has exceeded the amount allowed for making purchases.

  • It may be any error in the information you provided. Please make sure that you have filled in all fields correctly.3. Returns

3. Returns

Do you want to return your order?

If you change your mind or are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days following the date you received it.  You just must send us a written notification at  including all the necessary information in order to locate the purchase. Once we get the email, we will reply you with another email explaining the steps to be taken.  In order to speed up the return process, please write “RETURN” in the subject field.


In this case, the customer must send us the items in perfect condition without any undue delay, no later than 30 calendar days after the receipt of the products.  In such cases, GIRO CREATIVO S.L. will refund the customer the amount spent for the item, not including delivery and return costs.


GIRO CREATIVO S.L.  will make the refund within 14 calendar days following the date we are informed of the customer’s decision of returning the purchase order. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer in the initial transaction.  GIRO CREATIVO S.L.  reserves the right to withhold any refund until the receipt of the products.
